What’s our Process?

We provide pumping services for most septic tanks and many different types of septic systems and situations.  The most common type of septic tank service is pumping, which we do for both residential and commercial septic tanks and systems.  Our process involves the customer calling the office and scheduling an appointment.

Our staff may ask you a few questions to help us best plan your pumping appointment at your location.  Some of our questions are as follows:

  • Do you know where your septic tank is located and what your tank size is?

  • How many tanks do you have?

  • How far from the driveway is your tank located?

  • Does your septic tank have a riser or risers that are accessible for pumping?

  • When was the last time your system was pumped?

  • What is your sludge layer, or scum layer, and what are the % of solids in your tank?

  • Do you currently have any other issues with your system?

  • Has your system been pumped regularly in the past?

And please don’t worry if you are unable to answer these questions — we will figure it out once we get to your location!

Why is septic maintenance so important?

One of the most important aspects of maintaining a healthy and safe septic environment is making sure that your septic tank is always functioning properly. People who neglect their septic system and drain field can experience a variety of issues, including a sewage backup, pooling water, unpleasant odors, and contaminated groundwater. Neglect can also affect wastewater flows, home plumbing systems, and the entire household drain system, which could be draining slowly or stopping entirely.

That's why we strive to go beyond just offering professional septic pumping services. We want to be your complete septic tank contractors, ensuring that when we are called to pump a septic tank, it is functioning correctly and efficiently and that your septic system works for years to come.

Regular septic pumping is an essential step to preventing the buildup of solids, keeping it properly maintained, and extending the lifespan of your septic system so you can avoid any avoidable (and expensive) septic tank work.
