No one likes surprises when it comes to your septic system.

Why not let the experts provide you with a maintenance program to regularly come and review, maintain, and provide expert septic services to your home’s system?

Our Septic Inspection Process

We understand how important it is to keep your septic system running. No one is happy when your septic system fails, and so that’s why we are here! Our team is dedicated to helping to keep your septic system working properly and well-maintained so that it does its job for many, many years to come. When you have healthy septic systems, you help to make sure your yard and environment stay healthy for your family.

Why Should You Have a Septic Maintenance Program?

So, why bother with having a regular maintenance schedule for your septic system? Why not just call us when things need to be done?

Well, a regular maintenance schedule does a few of things for you. First, it can help to prevent expensive and unexpected repairs. When your system is regularly reviewed, we will notice if anything is starting to fail and can address it before it becomes an expensive fix. You can have some peace of mind that your system is functioning as it should and is well maintained. No one likes those surprises.

Second, a well-maintained septic system is also good for the environment. There is a reduced likelihood of groundwater contamination, which protects your family and the delicate ecosystem around you. Win, win!

Lastly, if you are required to maintain a septic service agreement with a provider for your septic system, we will be glad to take care of that for you. Cross it off your to-do list!

Our Septic Maintenance Programs

We offer a variety of septic maintenance programs, which include:

  1. Inspection, Monitoring, & Reporting: Our septic technicians will regularly inspect and monitor your septic system to keep it healthy and identify and address small problems before they become big problems. We will notify you of any findings during annual or semi-annual inspections (depending on your systems requirements). Also, if your system requires annual water sampling and reporting to your local health department, we take care of all of that!

  2. Routine Pumping: We will also come to you and do regularly scheduled pumping services to keep everything running efficiently. We will use a “sludge judge” when we come on-site to see when your system needs to be pumped. When the solids reach about 25% of the total volume, we should pump it. We will schedule that with you, but essentially we will do whatever it takes to keep your septic tank and equipment running as well as possible for as long as possible.

  3. Filter Cleaning: While we are there, we will work to clean all of the filters to help prevent clogs and make sure everything is flowing well throughout your system.

  4. Repairs: If your septic system needs any kind of repair while you are on one of our maintenance contracts, we will give you a discount on any required parts.

  5. Education & Consultation: Want to know what you can do to help maintain your system? Our team loves to answer questions! We can assist with guidelines, suggestions, and septic services to help your septic system stay healthy and well-maintained.
